Homework
Homework is not assigned in this class. Students are expected to complete tasks in class. Time is given during silent reading time each day to finish anything that may not have been completed in class.
Weekly Agenda
Monday - Teacher Activity
- You never know what I am going to choose to discover with you, but I try to guarentee you will enjoy doing it and will for sure leave with a different outlook on reading.
Tuesday/Wednesday - Unit Days
- Whether we are reading a novel, organizing a debate, researching for a project or reading a story in our literature books, these days are designed to delve into reading in ways you may not have thought of before!
Thursday - Individual Work Day
- I want to get to know each of my students and the learning styles each possess. To accomplish this, I will meet with you, work and read with you throughout the school year!
Friday - OAA Day
- While preparing for the Ohio Achievement Assessment may not be on your Top 5 list, it is important and can be fun!
